Registration & Login

Opening a new account on Mega Aff is quick and easy. On the registration page Go ahead and enter your active mobile number, full name, and preferred password. Verify with the OTP sent to your mobile and your account will be ready to use. The entire process takes just 2–3 minutes and is completely free.

Only one account can be registered per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of Mega Aff's terms. If detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited. Please use a single account and play responsibly.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes. You can try again after 30 minutes, or reset your password to regain access immediately. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

Deposits & Payments

Mega Aff supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer and cryptocurrency for Deposit deposits can be made. Mobile banking methods are the fastest — funds are usually credited within 2–5 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are usually credited within 2–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. If your funds have not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

The daily deposit limit for regular members is BDT 50,000. VIP members enjoy a significantly higher limit. If you have a strong transaction history, you can apply to have your limit increased. Limits may also vary depending on the payment method used.

Mega Aff does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. Check your payment method's charges before making a deposit.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Usually Withdraw Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of the request. Mobile banking transfers are usually faster. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. There may be slight delays during peak hours, but all withdrawals are completed within 48 hours at most.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200, and the daily withdrawal limit for regular members is BDT 30,000. VIP members can withdraw higher amounts each day. Identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

If your withdrawal shows 'processing' for more than 48 hours, please contact support. Withdrawals are typically held up due to incomplete KYC verification or unmet bonus wagering requirements. The name on your account must match the name on your bank account or mobile wallet.

Yes, but withdrawing bonus winnings requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Each bonus has its own wagering multiplier, typically 5x–15x. For example, a BDT 500 bonus with a 5x requirement means you need to place BDT 2,500 in bets before withdrawing.
